Quality!

Everyone's idea of quality is different so it 's only fair that I tell you mine:

Every attempt is made to produce a product that represents the "flavor" of the originals.  Here's where we are one up on the producers of photocopies.  This "flavor" includes any color that may be present in the original pages, approximately the same physical size, but also the kinds of inconsistencies found in the originals.  No attempt is made to improve the "quality" of the originals which is almost never up to today's printing standards.  These inconsistencies might include blemishes in the paper, trimming "errors",   "crocked" printing on the page, "feathered" edges, or inconsistencies in ink, just to mention a few.  Keep in mind the catalogs that I reproduce were first produced 75-100 years ago.  Also, the reprints are "hand" produced digitally in small runs and suffer the limitations inherent in such methods.  Fortunately, these limitations tend to be the same kinds of problems suffered by the originals.

As such, if you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for an exchange only.

Thanks and enjoy these great old rifles and their history!
